Radheyan Simonpillai is the Film Critic for CTV's national breakfast show Your Morning, the Pop Culture Columnist for CBC Syndicated Radio and a freelance contributor to The Guardian, The Globe and Mail, eTalk on CTV and more.

Rad makes regular appearances on Hollywood Suite programming like A Year In Film, occasionally guest hosts CBC’s Commotion with Elamin Abdelmahmoud and is featured in How It Feels To Be Free, a PBS documentary (part of its American Masters series) executive produced by Alicia Keys.

Rad is formerly the editor of NOW Magazine and holds an M.A. in Cinema Studies from the University of Toronto. He is a member of the Critics Choice Association and the Toronto Film Critics Association.
